A few years ago I had the need to start doing yoga. I don’t think I was aware back then that it was a call to start taking care of my mind, as well as my body.
It has brought me a lot of good into my life, specially wonderful techniques to make the world stop for 5 minutes and just breathe.
This is an illustration based on an old one. I picture my thoughts as clouds, and try to “blow” them away from my mind when I meditate.
